DINING FACILITES

Casa Colonial Beach & Spa boasts two enticing restaurants, sure to tantalize the senses with an array of gourmet dishes prepared by an award-winning chef.

Lucia – Features an extensive dinner selection of Asian fusion dishes, delectable desserts and refreshing drinks and an incredible view to the exotic mangrove jungle, separated by only a glass wall. Signature dishes include fresh lobster cobb salad served with a lemon terragon vinegrette and tropical fruit, blackened salmon filet served over wakami topped with a Mediterranean basil sauce and beef tenderloin served with fondant potatoes, topped with melted Gorgonzola. The restaurant’s wine cellar offers the finest flavor of wines from light, crisp whites to rich French Bordeaux, Italian Chianti and more. Reservations are required.

Veranda – Offers a casual dining experience for breakfast and lunch daily. Guests may dine outside on the terrace or in the air conditioned dining room.

THE BAGUA SPA

The hotel’s nature-based Bagua Spa will pamper guests with an assortment of treatments and exclusive products from signature lines including La Natura, Epicuren, Get Fresh, J.F. Lazartigue, Goldwell and Aromafloria. Unique spa services at the Bagua Spa offer everything from relaxing massages and soothing body wraps to vitalizing aromatherapy and therapeutic facial treatments.
