Casa Colonial Beach and Spa Wedding Rules:

At least 20 rooms need to be booked by the wedding party.
Party must book one of our package settings (Veranda, gazebo ect) as well as pick a menu option (Buffet or A la Carte)
Our offer do not include the rent of all silverware and chinaware. Client must use one of our recommended decorators
Uncorking services are not applicable/allowed during these events. (Permitted only for 1 bottle of wine/champagne used for the bridal toast)
Music can only be played until 12:30am, we recommend to start the reception early.
In order to confirm the space, party must deposit 20% of the total forecasted invoice and sign our contract.
