- VIP Welcome and transfer from Puerto Plata Airport to the hotel. VIP Welcome includes priority customs processing, personal escort and assistance with baggage and private transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival in Puerto Plata, guests will be welcomed at the VIP lounge where they can enjoy refreshments and cocktails as they wait for customs processing, passport control and tourist cards. In addition, a personal assistant from the hotel will assist in bag retrieval.
