Dear Customer,

Ref. Notice of Scheduled Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance

In order to uphold our property standards and guests’ satisfaction, we are compelled to coordinate the required periodic essential maintenance to our pool and its four (4) Jacuzzis at our Boutique Hotel Casa Colonial Beach & Spa.

Please find as follows the detailed information regarding the scheduled maintenance work.

Timetable:

Works are starting on Monday, June 8th, at 9:00 AM to Monday July 15th, 2026 at 6:00 PM. We have coordinated this maintenance to be as diligently as possible to minimize the closure time. Consequently, we might be able to reopen sooner. We added extra days for possible unforeseen events.

Once completed, we will contact you with the update.

During the process:

Guests will be granted with a Premium Package all-inclusive bracelet with access to enjoy the facilities of our sister hotel Gran Ventana Beach Resort. All other outlets and facilities will continue operating as usual.

We will be responsible to handle this situation internally and directly with our guests. Please accept in advance our apologies for any possible situation that this decision might cause to our mutual clients.
