Arrive in style at Casa Colonial Beach & Spa in the Dominican Republic with the VIP Welcome package, including priority customs processing, personal escort and assistance with baggage and private transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival in Puerto Plata, guests will be welcomed at the VIP lounge where they can enjoy refreshments and cocktails as they wait for customs processing, passport control and tourist cards. In addition, a personal assistant from the hotel will assist in bag retrieval. Upon exit, a transfer will be immediately made to the property with fresh floral-scented towels and assorted beverages to enjoy the short trip to the property.
